Factory inspection
Wellchosen Environmental Technology’s professional team will conduct a comprehensive assessment at the customer’s factory, led by a senior technical director along with water quality experts and engineers. After on-site sampling and analysis of wastewater characteristics, water source, discharge volume, and local environmental standards, they will develop the most reasonable and optimal solution using the latest environmental standards.
Contract signing and cooperation
Based on factory inspections and professional design results, we provide the best solution for the customer, comparing dimensions such as treatment efficiency, investment cost, and operational expenses. Experts will organize in-depth discussions with the customer’s technical team to ensure the solution is properly understood and meets the customer’s needs.
Construction
During the construction phase, experienced project managers coordinate operations. Chengxing Company’s engineering team strictly controls material and equipment quality to ensure compliance with design specifications. Construction processes include foundation excavation, pool structure building, pipeline trench construction, equipment installation, and automation control system integration.
Acceptance and warranty
After the system is constructed, we will conduct full-scale debugging and trial operations. Independent third-party agencies will be commissioned for effluent quality testing, ensuring continuous monitoring and stable compliance of the system.
Before acceptance, we will prepare complete completion documentation and provide effective on-site practical training to operational personnel.
