 Product Introduction

Air diffusers are divided into dome type and plate type based on structure, and can be classified as corundum type, semi-corundum type, silica type, and titanium type by material. The equipment is installed at the bottom of biological tanks, connected to blower systems through air supply pipes. Compressed air produces numerous fine bubbles through micro-pore diffusion, increasing gas-liquid contact area and improving oxygen transfer efficiency. Ceramic diffusers feature corrosion resistance, clog resistance, and long service life, while rubber diffusers offer good elasticity, easy installation, and lower cost. The system includes air supply risers, distribution pipes, and other auxiliary facilities to ensure uniform gas distribution. Micro-porous aeration technology saves 20-30% energy compared to traditional aeration methods while reducing noise pollution. The equipment is easy to maintain and can adjust aeration volume according to water quality changes and treatment requirements, suitable for biological wastewater treatment projects of various scales, providing efficient and energy-saving aeration solutions for wastewater treatment.
