Job Description

  1. Responsible for company administrative and general affairs, including office supplies procurement and management.
  2. Assist in equipment maintenance, facility liaison, and fixed asset management.
  3. Administrative support tasks.
  4. Assist in processing documents and reports for government agencies.
  5. Provide administrative support to various company departments.

Job Requirements

  1. High school diploma or above, experience in administrative and general affairs is preferable.
  2. Proficiency in document processing software (Word, Excel).
  3. Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working independently.
  4. Good communication and coordination skills, with team spirit.
