Job Description
- Assist the Purchasing Department with daily procurement operations.
- Follow up on order progress, confirm delivery and acceptance.
- Organize and manage supplier information.
- Prepare related procurement reports and documentation.
- Communicate and liaise with suppliers, assist in price negotiation and comparison.
Job Requirements
- Technical college degree or above, experience in procurement or administration is preferable.
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work in a team with strong pressure tolerance.
