Job Description

  1. Assist the Purchasing Department with daily procurement operations.
  2. Follow up on order progress, confirm delivery and acceptance.
  3. Organize and manage supplier information.
  4. Prepare related procurement reports and documentation.
  5. Communicate and liaise with suppliers, assist in price negotiation and comparison.

Job Requirements

  1. Technical college degree or above, experience in procurement or administration is preferable.
  2. Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel).
  3. Detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication and coordination skills.
  4. Able to work in a team with strong pressure tolerance.
